What makes it fantastic is the way it flexes to the needs of the actual business in terms of their systems and their processes so it’s great when working with mechanics and we can put the systems in place to generate service and MOT reminders… and it works the way that their business works!
I entered the on a/c payment, it is so easy !! I have entered 12 months Purchase Invoices and POS payments in 2 days, the file was about 75mm thick! Synergy is so user friendly and fast. It really is a very good program and far better than Sage… but you already know that!
I thought the demo [of Synergy that you did at our offices] was excellent – you took your time and went through the software without jumping about to the ‘best bits’… We were all very positive about the software and could all see opportunities for our departments to speed things up.
